Marcus Lind is focussing on the development of innovative organic spice blends and is majorly interested in the Mediterranean cuisine. His professional origin is in natural cosmetics but during a yearlong stay at the Balearic Islands he discovered his passion for herbs and spices and started to aromatise the famous Flor de Sal. Ten years have passed since Marcus changed his direction, gained an excellent expertise in the sphere of herbs and spices, and started to consult several prestigious food companies (e.g. Käfer in Munich).
